A person who is an adult can be described as a human being or any other animal that has attained complete growth.The biological meaning of the term refers to the animal has reached sexual maturity, which makes it capable of reproduction. Within the human realm, adults refer to social and legal concepts. Legal adult means a person has reached the age of maturity. They are considered an independent, self-sufficient person, and responsible. Also known as "majors" and "majors", they may also be thought to be at the age of majority. The general consensus is that the age at which a person becomes a legal adult is 18. But, it can differ based on the legal rights and countries as well as psychological development.

When a human reaches full physical and intellectual maturity, this is known as adulthood. Many people believe that the age of adulthood begins at age 20 or more. In general, middle age begins around 40 years of age, and is then it will be around 60. There are three primary phases of adulthood: beginning in early adults (18 up to the mid-30s) mid-adulthood (mid-30s through mid-60s) and then late adulthood (mid-60s up to the point of death). When we reach early adulthood we have reached its full physical maturity. Yet, our body's size and weight could rise. When we are young, our physical abilities are at their peak, including muscle strength, reaction time, sensory abilities, and the functioning of our heart.
