Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in January 1974. Her most popular role is Bo who is from Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay who is director of drama and producer of drama and production at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. Her father, Peter, was an academic. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories as being at play rehearsals with her mother. Silk produced a number of commercials when she was still a kid. In 1997, she graduated with an associate's degree from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas staged two plays in the early years: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto to pursue her acting career in order to progress, and then moved to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman was her future husband when she met him in 2007 in an actor's workshop in Los Angeles. The couple got engaged in 2009 before getting married at an unofficial ceremony in was held in December. In April of 2011, they renewed their vows at the Jewish ceremony in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman had her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron was her second born child on the 13th of May 2016. Silk's TV work includes her role in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland in which she was awarded the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. She landed a principal role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus as seen in Lost Girl. Silk revealed to her followers that she was expecting a baby in January 2013 during a Showcase Season Three Special. Silk tweeted on June 20th 2013 that the show would return in production. The fourth season debuted on June 4, 2013 with Showcase and Prodigy Pictures. CNN recognized Bo's performance with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most watched television couples of all time. E! voted it as the most popular TV couple for the year 2013.
